[김현우 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 강릉시는 「신규공직자 공직적응 워크숍」을 녹색도시체험센터에서 26일부터 오는 27일까지 1박 2일의 일정으로 2022년 상반기에 발령받은 신규공무원 48명을 대상으로 2기수로 나누어 실시한다고 전했다.

이번 워크숍은 신규공무원의 빠른 공직문화 적응 및 동료 간 소통할 기회를 제공하여 <소통하며 함께 일하는 조직문화>를 형성하고, 공무원의 역할과 책임, 직장예절 등 신규공직자가 갖춰야 할 기본 소양 및 올바른 가치관 확립에 도움을 주고자 마련됐다.

첫째 날은 신규공직자의 역할과 책임을 통해 공직자가 알아야 할 기본자세에 대한 강의를 듣고, 하나되는 팀빌딩으로 서로 소통하는 시간을 가진 후, 시장님과의 대화의 시간을 통해 앞으로의 시정추진 방향에 대해서 직접 듣는 시간을 마련한다.

둘째 날은 직장내에서의 예절과 민원응대에 대한 기본자세에 대한 강의와 아로마 테라피 명상으로 재충전의 시간을 가졌다.

김홍규 강릉시장은 “이번 신규공직자 워크숍을 통해 공직의 가치에 대한 올바른 이해를 돕고, 소통과 공감능력을 키워 앞으로의 공직생활에서 시민중심의 적극적인 자세로 각자의 업무에 임하여 줄 것”을 당부했다.
