[장선희 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 지난 3월 25일, 28일 의정부시는 의정부시육아종합지원센터 협조로 관내 모든 어린이집 관리자(원장)를 대상으로 비대면 화상 직무 교육을 실시했다고 밝혔다.

이번 교육은 어린이집의 설치·운영자 및 교직원이 영유아보육법령 및 사업지침을 준수하도록 지도하고, 어린이집 등의 운영시 업무수행능력 향상에 도움을 주기 위해 진행했다고 전했다. 

교육은 2022년 보육사업 주요 변경사항 안내와 어린이집의 합리적인 재무회계 관리를 주제로 시행되었고, 의정부시육아종합지원센터 조상원 센터장은 2022년 보육사업 주요 변경사항 안내와 아동학대 예방교육을 사례중심으로 강의했으며, 오후에는 한국보육진흥원 김성여 강사가 재무회계 관리에 대하여 어린이집 원장들이 실무에서 궁금해하는 내용들에 대해 질문을 받아 답변하여 뜨거운 호응을 얻었다고 했다.

박재범 보육과장은 “최근 들어 어린이집에 대한 공공성 및 투명성 강화 요구가 증가하고 있다. 우리 시는 어린이집의 운영 역량을 강화하기 위해 교육을 실시하고 및 다양한 지원방안을 발굴하고자 지속적으로 노력하겠다.”라고 밝혔다.
