[장선희 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 동두천시보건소는 코로나19 오미크론 확산으로 폭증하는 확진자에 대한 신속한 행정서비스 제공을 위해 코로나19 격리통보서 24시간 자동 문자발급서비스를 개발해 운영 중이라고 밝혔다. 

보건소에 따르면 코로나19 대응지침이 양성 확진자 전체를 대상으로 일괄 발송에서 신청자에게 개별 발송하는 방식으로 변경됨에 따라 24시간 자동으로 발급이 가능한 시스템을 전국 최초로 자체 개발해 운영하고 있으며, 해당 시스템은 PCR 검사 결과 양성으로 나온 확진자가 검사 신청 시 작성한 본인 휴대폰에서 #11101339로 자신의 이름만 문자 발송하면 1분 이내에 격리 통보서가 휴대폰으로 전송되는 처리 방식의 획기적인 시스템이라고 했다. 

이를 통해 기존에 담당자 한 명이 하루종일 발송했던 업무를 5분 이내에 처리토록 업무 간소화를 하였고, 중앙방역대책본부의 수범사례로 소개되었으며, 전국 80여개 시군구 보건소에도 무료로 보급하였다고 전했다.

보건소 관계자는 “확진자 증가에 따라 보건소 통화가 힘든 상황에서 문자만 보내면 자동 발급이 가능하여 시민들의 불편함이 크게 줄어들 것으로 기대된다”며 “격리통지서 발급 신청 시 본인 이름 이외에 다른 글자가 포함되면 발급이 안 되니 각별히 주의해야 한다”고 강조했다.
