[장선희 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 강원도는 사회적경제기업의 경쟁력 강화와 지속가능한 수익구조 기반 마련을 위한 2022년 제1차 (예비)사회적기업 재정지원 사업에 참여할 기업을 공개 모집한다고 밝혔다.

일자리창출사업의 경우 사회적 가치를 실현하는 (예비)사회적기업의 고용 확대와 유지를 위하여 최저 인건비와 사업주부담 사회보험료의 일부 지원으로 근로자 1인당 1백만 원 내외의 보조금을 받게 되며,  기업의 자생력 확보를 위한 사업개발비는 주로 브랜드 개발, 제품홍보 및 홈페이지 구축 등을 지원하고 시설비는 근로여건 개선 및 생산성 향상에 필요한 소규모 시설 설치나 장비 구입비로 활용되게 된다고 전했다. 

지원 대상은 도내 예비사회적기업, 인증사회적기업, 사회적협동조합,마을기업, 자활기업(법인) 등이며 지원 부분은 일자리창출사업, 전문인력지원, 사회보험료, 사업개발비, 시설비 지원 사업으로 5개 분야라고 했다.

올해 예산은 일자리창출지원 73억 원을 포함하여 총 99억 4천만 원으로 추진되며 강원도는 지난해 공모를 통해 137개 기업에 341명의 인건비와 80개 기업에 15억 원의 사업개발비, 28개 기업에 시설비를 지원하였다고 했다.

이번 공모에 참여를 원하는 사회적경제기업은 강원도 및 시·군 홈페이지 공고를 참고하여 오는 2월 8일 18:00시까지 신청서 및 구비서류를 갖추어 사회적기업 통합 정보시스템으로 신청하면 서류 검토 및 현지실사를 거친 후, 전문심사위원회의 심사를 통해 3월 말에 최종 선정된다고 전했다.

최기용 경제진흥국장은 “이번 재정지원사업 공모·선정을 통해 취약계층에게 안정적인 일자리를 제공할 뿐만 아니라 지역경제 활성화에도 기여할 것으로 기대하며 건실한 사회적기업들을 지속적으로 발굴·육성하여 사회적경제기업의 자생력 확보를 위해 지원을 아끼지 않겠다”고 말했다.
