이번 컨설팅은 사회적경제기업에 관심 또는 창업을 하고자 하는 일반 주민들을 대상으로 사회적경제기업의 활동경험, 창업절차, 사업계획서 작성요령 등 사회적경제기업 전반에 대하여 관련 전문가가 맞춤형 1:1 컨설팅을 실시하는 것으로, 동두천시의 특수시책사업으로 추진할 계획이라고 했다.

사회적경제기업 맞춤형 컨설팅 사업에 참여를 원하는 시민은 시청 일자리경제과로 방문 또는 유선으로 신청하면 된다고 전했다.

동두천시 관계자는 “사회적경제기업 창업에 관심이 있지만 처음에 무엇을 어떻게 하는지 몰라 망설이고 있는 예비 창업자에게 하나의 길잡이 역할로서 향후 창업 추진시 큰 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다”고 말했다.
