[남상훈 기자 = 경기북부/강원]양구군은 7일 부동산중개업소 지도점검을 완료했다고 전했다.

부동산중개업소 지도점검은 건전한 부동산 거래질서 확립과 부동산 불법중개의 예방을 통해 주민의 재산권 보호 및 부동산 중개 서비스 향상을 위해 실시됐고 양구군은 지도점검반을 편성해 지난달 30일부터 지역 내 부동산중개업소 14개소를 대상으로 지도점검을 실시했다고 했다.

지도점검반은 등록‧신고 및 중개업소 의무사항, 중개거래 업무에 관한 사항, 중개업 제도 개선에 관한 사항 등 15개 항목에 걸쳐 지도점검을 실시했으며 양구군은 앞으로도 연중 지도점검을 실시해 중개업소가 성실하고 정확한 중개 업무를 수행해 건전하고 안전한 부동산거래 문화가 정착되도록 할 방침이라고 했다.
