고성군 도시재생지원센터는 올해 도시재생예비사업으로 달홀문화센터를 문화예술 거점 공간으로 조성하기 위한 사업을 공모하기로 하였고, 고성문화재단은 문화반상회 등에서 나온 주민 의제 중 하나인 고성 유휴공간의 문화적 활용을 위한 협력체계를 구축하기로 하였다고 했다.
