[장선희 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 2월 23일, 정선군지역사회보장협의체에서는 돌봄서비스가 필요한 퇴원환자의 돌봄공백 해소를 위해 정선돌봄서비스센터, 신동행복재가복지센터, 온누리재가방문요양센터, 삼육재가복지센터 등 4개 기관과 '퇴원환자 돌봄서비스 연계' 업무협약을 가졌다고 밝혔다.

군은 이날 협약으로 돌봄서비스 제공기관과 연계해 돌봄이 필요한 퇴원환자에게 취사, 청소 등 가사지원은 물론 건강지원, 목욕, 화장실 이동 등 신체 수발과 관련해 체계적인 서비스를 제공한다고 전했다.

퇴원환자 돌봄서비스 연계 업무 협약은 최근 1인 가구의 증가(2021.12월 기준 정선군 1인 세대수 52%)로 인해 가족의 돌봄을 받지 못하는 환자를 대상으로 정선군에서 퇴원환자의 건강한 사회복귀 지원과 돌봄 사각지대 해소를 위해 지난해 2021년 3월부터 시범운영을 시작으로, 올해는 보다 신속하고 효율적인 서비스 지원을 위해 마련되었고, 또한 지난해 제정된 '1인 가구' 조례제정 취지에 맞게 1인가구 거동 불편자에 대한 복지 안전망 구축과 지원을 더욱 확대해 나갈 방침이라고 했다.

김진복 민간부문 공동위원장은 "퇴원을 하고도 지속적인 돌봄이 필요한 1인 가구 퇴원환자 돌봄을 위한 지역기관과의 유기적 협력체계 구축에 더해 맞춤형 돌봄서비스가 신속히 제공될 수 있도록 앞으로 의료기관과도 협약을 지속적으로 체결해 나갈 계획"이라고 밝혔다.
