[김현우 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 속초시는 50세 이상 70세 미만의 미취업 퇴직 전문인력을 모집하여 ‘저소득층 방문 간호서비스 사업’을 오는 3월부터 동 주민센터를 중심으로 관내 의료 취약계층에게 찾아가는 보건복지서비스를 중점 추진한다고 밝혔다.

2022년 고용노동부 공모사업에 선정되어 시행하는 본 사업은‘신중년 경력형 일자리사업’으로 퇴직 전문 인력의 전문성과 경력을 활용하여 지역에 필요한 서비스를 제공함으로써 신중년의 지역사회 역할 강화와 퇴직 신중년들이 민간일자리로 재취업할 수 있도록 지원하는 사업이라고 했다.

모집대상은 만 50세 이상 70세 미만(1952년~1972년 출생자) 미취업 주민으로 수행 업무와 관련된 경력 3년 이상이나 자격을 갖춘 사람으로 오는 2월 7일부터 11일까지 시청(복지정책과)에 본인이 직접 방문 접수만 가능하며, 사업 참여자로 선정되면 가구방문을 통해 8개월간 찾아가는 보건복지서비스를 수행하게 된다고 했다.
