[김현우 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 춘천시가 읍면동 찾아가는 보건복지서비스 하반기 교육을 5일부터 오는 9월 16일까지 진행한다고 밝혔다.

읍면동 찾아가는 보건복지서비스 교육은 복지 수행 인력 양성 및 전문성 강화를 위해 지난해부터 강원도사회복지사협회와 함께 실시되고 있으며, 양질의 복지서비스 지원을 위한 정기적 자체 전문교육이다. 

하반기 교육은 관리자를 대상으로 8월 5일 오후 14시 ‘슈퍼바이저의 역할 및 위대한 리더 HDL’을 시작으로, 이후 오는 8월 12일부터 9월 16일까지 3회에 걸쳐 실무자 교육이 열리고, 교육 내용은 ‘보건복지 상담과 사례관리 협업방법’ ‘사례관리 목표 설정’ ‘사례관리 컨퍼런스’ 등이다.

손대식 복지정책과장은 “읍면동 복지서비스 강화를 통해 지역 주민의 다양한 욕구에 적극 대응하고 지역주민의 복지 체감 향상에 만전을 기하겠다”라고 말했다.
