[김일중 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 1월 25일부터 오는 28일까지 동두천시는 ‘2022년도 사회복지기금 지원 사업’에 대한 공모 접수를 실시한다고 밝혔다.

사회복지기금은 노인·장애인 및 여성을 대상으로 사회활동 참여확대 등 사회복지 증진사업을 위한 예산으로, 비영리법인 또는 비영리단체가 전문성과 책임감을 가지고 사업을 추진할 수 있도록 매년 공개 모집하고 있다고 했다.

사회복지기금 사업 중 양성평등 기금 지원액은 2천5백만 원이며, 사업기간은 오는 3월부터 11월까지고, 단 동일한 사업으로 국가, 지자체, 공익법인 등으로부터 지원이 결정되었거나 사무실 운영비, 인건비, 행사진행비 등 경상적 경비에 대해서는 지원이 제외된다고 전했다.

신청 접수된 사업은 2월 중으로 ‘동두천시 사회복지기금 심의위원회’에서 사업의 목적과 적정성, 프로그램 우수성, 단체의 전문성과 수행능력 등을 심의하여 선정될 예정이며, 기타 자세한 사항은 동두천시청 홈페이지를 참고하거나, 여성청소년과 여성가족팀으로  문의하면 된다고 밝혔다.
