[김택곤 기자 = 정선군] 정선군(군수 최승준)은 7일 전국공무원노동조합 강원지역본부 정선군지부와 함께 성평등을 주제로 한 ”토크콘서트"를 개최했다. 

이번에 개최된 "성평등 인생극장"은 조직 내 성차별적 문화개선 및 성인지 정책 역량 강화 노력이 지속적으로 요구됨에 따라 직원 상호간 이야기를 공유하고 공감을 통한 양성평등한 조직문화 조성과 확산 계기를 마련하고자 개최되었다. 

군은 직원들이 겪은 직장․가정을 포함한 일상생활 속 성차별적 다양한 에피소드를  주제로 설정해 함께 이야기를 나누며 소통하는 시간이 마련되었으며, 서로의 다름을 인정하고 존중하며 함께하는 방법에 대해 공감하는 소중한 계기가 되었다.

 또한 이번 행사는 전국공무원노동조합 강원지역본부 정선군지부의 ”나눔사랑, 나눔이야기, 나눔음악“을 주제로 진행되었으며, ▶1부 바자회 ▶2부 성평등 조직문화확산을 위한 토크콘서트 ▶3부 통기타 동아리 공연 등으로 진행되었다.

 최승준 정선군수는 "직장과 가정을 포함한 일상생활 속 역할은 남성과 여성이 크게 다르지 않은 만큼 서로의 다름을 인정하고 일과 가정의 양립을 위해 각자의 역할을 충실히 해나가는 것이 시대의 흐름을 따르는 것"이라며 "지역사회의 성평등한 조직문화가 확산될 수 있도록 700여 공직자 모두가 솔선수범할 수 있기를 기대한다."고 밝혔다.
