포천시청소년교육문화센터 청소년자치기구는 포천시 청소년을 대표해서 청소년 정책에 대한 의견을 제시하는 ‘포천시차세대위원회’, 청소년센터 운영에 대한 전반과 활성화를 도모하기 위해 활동하는 ‘청소년운영위원회(비상구)’, 지역사회 내 청소년 기자로서 활동하는 ‘청소년미디어기자단(포담)’, 지역축제 및 문화예술 활동을 기획하고 운영하는 ‘청소년문화예술기획단(더놀자+)’,  청소년들의 안전한 행사장 관리 및 안전관련 전문교육을 받는 ‘청소년안전자원봉사단(세이클럽)’ 등 5개 자치기구로 구성되어 있다고 했다.
