[김일중 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 지난 12월 11일 포천시에서 운영하는 포천청소년문화의집 청소년방과후아카데미 꿈터는 청소년방과후아카데미 참여 청소년 27명 대상으로 특수분장사 진로 체험활동을 진행했다고 밝혔다. 

최근 특수분장사는 일반분장으로 보여 줄 수 없는 3차원적 효과를 내는 전문 직종으로 주목을 받고 있으며, 이번 진로 체험활동은 특수분장사 직업에 대한 소개와 종류, 업무 등 기본적인 이론과 베인 상처, 좀비에 물린 상처, 화상 표현 등 특수분장 기초실습 및 시연을 실시했다고 했다.

프로그램에 참여한 한 청소년은 “처음에는 어려웠지만 잘 마무리를 해서 뿌듯했고, 특수분장사라는 직업에 대해 관심을 갖게 되었다.”라고 소감을 전했다.

방과후아카데미 관계자는 “청소년들에게 다양한 직업체험을 함으로써 자신에게 맞는 직업과 진로 방향에 대한 정보를 제공하도록 노력하겠다.”라고 전했다. 

한편, 청소년방과후아카데미는 청소년의 역량을 개발하고 건강한 성장을 지원하는 국가정책지원 사업으로, 포천시청소년교육문화센터와 포천청소년문화의집에서 중학교 1~3학년을 대상으로 5개 반을 운영하고 있으며, 포천시 관내 청소년이면 누구나 신청할 수 있다고 밝혔다.
