신청 자격은 지난 12월 8일 모집공고일 기준으로 의정부시에 주민등록이 등재되어 있는 무주택세대구성원으로서 생계·의료수급자, 보호대상 한부모가족, 수급권자 또는 차상위계층인 주거지원 시급가구, 전년도 도시근로자 가구당 월평균 소득이 70% 이하인 등록장애인이고, 임대기간은 2년으로 최초 임대기간 경과 후 2년 단위로 9회 재계약이 가능하며, 재계약 당시 만 65세 이상 계약자는 재계약 횟수를 제한하지 않는다고 전했다.
