[김준호 기자=동해시] 동해시가 한국토지주택공사 강원지역본부와 주거 취약계층을 위한 동해천곡 주공5차아파트 영구임대 예비입주자 100세대를 모집한다고 밝혔다.

이에따라, 이번 예비입주자는 전용면적 26.37㎡인 501동 100세대이며, 신청자격에 따라 가군(생계⸱의료급여 수급자 등)의 경우 보증금 2,249,000원에 월임대료 44,770원이며, 나군(일반 등)은 보증금 7,857,000원에 월임대료 126,820원 수준이다.

신청자격은 입주자모집 공고일 기준 성년인 무주택 세대구성원으로서 공공주택특별법에 따른 영구임대 입주 자격에 해당하고, 소득⸱자산 보유기준을 충족하는 자로서 오는 3월 20일부터 4월 14일까지 주소지 동 행정복지(주민)센터에서 신청할 수 있다.

선정된 예비입주대상자는 한국토지주택공사와 동해천곡 주공5차아파트 관리사무소에서 대기 순서대로 개별적으로 통보해 입주 안내와 계약 등을 체결하게 된다.

모집기간은 오는 20일부터 내달 14일까지로 자세한 사항은 LH청약센터또는 동해시청 홈페이지 공고문을 통해 확인하면 된다.
