[김현우 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 포천시는 저소득 자가가구의 쾌적하고 안정적인 주거생활을 위해 주택 개․보수를 지원하는 주거급여 수선유지 급여사업을 이달부터 본격 추진한다고 밝혔다.

지난 16일 포천시는 주택 개량사업의 전문성과 체계적인 관리를 위해 한국토지주택공사 서울지역본부와 2022년 수선유지 급여사업 위·수탁 협약을 체결했다고 밝혔다.

이번 협약을 통해 포천시는 주택 수선에 필요한 사업비를 부담하고, LH 서울지역본부는 연간 수선계획의 수립, 공사 발주․감독 등 사업 전반에 관한 업무를 수행하며 상호 협력하기로 했다고 전했다.

수선유지 급여사업은 자가주택에 거주하는 중위소득 46%(4인 가구 기준 235만 원) 이하의 주거급여 수여자를 대상으로, 주택조사를 통해 파악된 노후도와 수급자의 소득 수준을 차등 적용해 경보수 457만 원, 중보수 849만 원, 대보수 1,241만 원 범위 내에서 종합적인 주택 개량을 지원하는 사업이라고 했다.

2015년부터 수선유지 급여사업을 통해 약 600가구가 노후주택 주거환경개선 혜택을 받았으며, 시는 올해 사업비 6억8천만 원을 투입해 총 83가구에게 도배․장판, 창호. 주방, 욕실, 지붕 개량 등 맞춤형 집수리를 실시할 계획이라고 했다.

포천시 관계자는 “올해 수선유지 급여사업을 시행해 대상자의 주거 만족도와 삶의 질 제고를 위해 최선을 다하겠다.”라며, “앞으로도 주거지원이 절실한 가구를 적극적으로 발굴해나가겠다.”라고 말했다.

주거비 지원을 희망하는 경우 주민등록상 주소지 관할 읍면동 행정복지센터를 방문하거나 온라인 복지로 홈페이지를 통해 주거급여 신청이 가능하며, 주거급여와 관련해 궁금한 사항은 포천시청 친환경도시재생과 주거복지팀에 문의하면 된다고 전했다.
