[김일중 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 지난 11월 19일 포천시무한돌봄희망복지센터는 힐데루시자연치유와 포천시 중장년 1인가구 지원을 위한 업무협약을 체결했다고 밝혔다.

힐데루시자연치유는 치유프로그램 전문기관으로 중장년 1인가구의 자기돌봄 역량강화를 위한 사회참여 프로그램인 ‘싱글(single)벙글 밥심(心)’에 진행 및 밑반찬 지원을 하고 있다고 했다.

‘싱글(single)벙글 밥심(心)’은 포천시 거주중인 1인가구 중장년층을 대상으로 정서적 소외감 및 우울감으로 스트레스 관리, 식생활 유지에 어려움이 있는 대상자를 선정해 스트레스 해소 및 치유, 푸드테라피, 반찬 지원 등 자기 자신에 대한 이해를 높이고 사회 참여를 도모하고자 하는 프로그램이며, 이번 협약식을 통해 두 기관은 포천시 중장년 1인가구의 자기돌봄 역량강화 및 우울감 예방을 위해 협력할 것을 상호 협약했다고 전했다.
