이날 함께한 포천사랑나눔회의 현물과 재능 나눔으로 주거취약 노령가구의 도배, 장판 및 싱크대 교체 등 집수리를 지원해 위생적이고 안전한 주거환경이 마련됐으며 또한, 박윤국 포천시장과 연제창 포천시의회 의원이 현장에 방문해 자원봉사자들에게 응원과 격려를 보냈다고 했다.  

김승진 회장은 “우리가 가진 재능으로 지역사회에 나눔을 실천할 수 있어 뿌듯하다. 우리의 봉사가 이웃들에 조금이나마 도움이 되길 바란다.”라며 소감을 말했다.
