[장선희 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 9월 15일 의정부시는 전문적이고 체계적인 사례관리를 추진할 수 있도록 고난도 사례를 담당하는 통합사례관리사에게 역량 강화 기회를 제공하는 슈퍼비전을 실시했다고 밝혔다.

이번 슈퍼비전 외부전문가로 정혜선 동두천정신건강복지센터 부센터장을 초빙했으며 통합사례관리사, 동 사례관리 담당자, 시 관계자 등 12명이 참석했고, 최근 정신질환, 알코올중독 문제를 가진 대상자가 증가하는 가운데 이 분야 전문가인 정혜선 슈퍼바이저로부터 ‘정신질환자 응급개입’에 대한 강의를 듣고 사례관리 진행에 어려움을 겪고 있는 두 건을 선정해 사례관리실천 방법에 대한 자문을 구하는 시간을 가졌다고 했다.

이 밖에도 의정부시는 사례관리 동담당자의 업무 실행력 향상에 필요한 노하우와 기법을 전수하는 '찾아가는 동모니터링'을 12회 진행했으며, 권역별 피어 코칭을 통해 동료 간 사례를 공유하고 해결방안을 모색하는 등 통합사례관리 활성화를 위해 노력하고 있다고 했다. 

남윤현 복지정책과장은 “매우 높은 직무 전문성이 요구되는 사례관리의 특성상 다양하고 복잡한 문제를 가진 위기가구에 효과적인 서비스를 제공하도록 담당자들의 역량 강화를 위한 통합사례관리 업무지원을 지속해 나가겠다.”고 말했다.
