참여대상자는 만18세 이상의 근로능력이 있는 의정부시민으로서 재산이 3억 원 미만이고, 가구 소득이 기준중위소득 70%를 초과하지 않는 구직등록자이며, 특히 이번에는 백신 접종자에 대해 가점을 부여할 예정이고, 다만 연령별로 점수를 차등 부여해 백신접종 미대상자에 대한 역차별요소를 완화할 예정이라고 했다.

접수기간은 7월 26일부터 30일까지 5일간이며, 참여를 희망하는 시민은 접수기간 내에 신분증을 지참하여 거주지 관할 동 주민센터로 방문 신청하면 되고, 참여자 선발은 접수 후 재산, 소득상태, 연령 등을 종합적으로 평가하여 8월 하순에 발표할 예정이라고 전했다.
