이번 사업은 내년 1월 3일부터 4월 15일까지 계층별 맞춤형 일자리사업으로 추진될 계획이며, 총 5개 분야 160명의 참여자를 선발하고, 참여자격은 공고일 기준 만18세 이상의 근로능력이 있는 의정부시민으로서 재산이 3억 원 미만이고, 가구 소득이 기준중위소득 70%를 초과하지 않는 구직등록자로 취업취약계층, 청년층, 코로나19로 실직·폐업 등을 경험한 자를 우선 선발하며, 의정부시 소속기관 및 외부공공기관 등에 배치될 예정이라고 했다.

선발된 근로자는 4대 보험 가입 및 2022년 최저임금이 적용되며, 접수기간은 오는 11월 22일부터 26일까지 5일간 진행되고, 참여를 희망하는 시민은 접수기간 내에 신분증과 자격증 등을 지참하여 일자리센터 및 거주지 관할 동 주민센터로 방문신청하면 되며, 참여자의 선발은 재산상황 및 가구소득, 연령 등을 종합적으로 평가하여 12월 하순경 발표할 예정이라고 전했다.
