무한돌봄센터 관계자는 “최근 코로나19의 전국적인 확산으로 위기가구 발굴과 지원에 어려움이 있지만 카카오톡 채널처럼 새로운 추진전략을 마련해 대응해 나가겠다”고 밝혔다.
