먼저, 지난 22일 게이트볼동호회우천면분회가 관내 어려운 이웃을 위해 써달라며 우천면행정복지센터를 방문해 성금 50만원을 기탁하였고, 또한, 같은 날, 우천초등학교 학생들이 아나바다(아껴쓰고·나눠쓰고·바꿔쓰고·다시쓰고) 바자회를 운영해 얻은 수익금 28만 9천원을 관내 어려운 이웃을 돕는데 써달라며 우천면행정복지센터에 기탁해왔다고 전했다.

특히, 이번 성금은 지난 20일, 63명의 우천초등학교 전교생들이 바자회를 통해 집에서 사용하지 않는 도서, 장난감, 문구류 등을 나누며 고사리손으로 마련한 이웃돕기 성금이기에 훈훈함을 더했다고 했다. 

다음으론 우천면 주민자치위원회 권순태 위원장이 연말을 맞이하여 관내 어려운 이웃을 위해 써달라며 성금 100만원을 기탁하였으며, 우천면 前(전)주민자치위원회 이종확 위원장은 성금 50만원을 기탁하였다고 밝혔다.
