[김일중 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 오는 1월 17일부터 1월 28일까지 포천시농업기술센터는 관내 농산물 가공창업을 희망하는 농업인을 대상으로 농산물 가공창업 교육 기초반 교육생을 모집한다고 밝혔다. 

기초반 교육과정은 오는 2월 8일부터 3월 29일까지 매주 화요일 총 7회에 걸쳐 포천시농업기술센터 대강당에서 대면교육으로 진행되고, 교육은 코로나19 확산 방지를 위해 백신접종 완료자에 한해 교육에 참여할 수 있다고 했다.

이번 교육의 농식품가공창업과 관련된 예비창업이론교육으로 농식품가공 기본이론, 농산물 가공창업 시장전망과 인허가 절차, 식품가공기본사업계획서 작성 등 총 7회에 걸쳐 진행된다고 했다.

포천시 농산물가공 창업교육 프로그램은 이론교육, 가공장비활용교육으로 구성되어있으며, 기초반 과정을 80% 이수 시 심화교육을 신청할 수 있는 자격이 주어진다고 전했다. 

농업기술센터는 최근 농산물종합가공센터 건립을 완료했고, 본격적인 가동을 목표로 농산물 가공 시제품을 생산할 수 있도록 기술 지원하며, 농산물 공동 가공 창업의 체계적 육성으로 창업 실패 부담을 완화하고, 기존 소규모 가공사업장 품질향상과 농가소득 증대를 위해 가공기술, 마케팅 등 제조부터 판매까지의 종합적인 가공 창업을 지원하는 등 가공창업 보육기관으로서의 역할을 수행하게 된다고 했다. 

포천시농업기술센터 관계자는 “가공센터 이용 희망자는 가공창업 교육을 필수적으로 이수해야 한다.”며 희망 농업인의 참여를 당부했다.
