[김일중 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 포천시농업기술센터는 ‘2022 농촌자원활용 교육’ 상반기 수강생을 모집한다고 밝혔다.

이 교육은 농산물 소비 촉진 및 창업 활동을 위해 우리 농산물의 올바른 정보와 지식 활용기술 등을 배우는 교육이라고 했다.

교육과정으로는 전통 장 만들기, 목장형치즈 교육, 우리술&전통식초 교육, 힐링약선테라피 교육 등이 있으며, 이번에 신설된 힐링약선테라피 교육은 건강주제별 농산물의 한의학 효능과 기능성 음식궁합을 이해하고, 건강목적에 적합한 농산물 활용 능력을 배양하는데 목표를 두고 있고, 주제별 약선식재료를 이용해 생활약선음식을 연구하고 조리해보는 능동적이고 참여형 수업으로 진행될 예정이라고 전했다.

신청 대상은 포천시민으로 내년 1월 10일 오전 9시부터 선착순으로 모집하며, 본인이 직접 본인확인용 신분증과 주소확인용 등본을 지참해 방문 신청해야 하고, 포천에 거주하는 시민이면 누구나 수강 가능하다고 했다.

접수는 포천시농업기술센터 본관 2층 농업지원과 자원가공팀으로 하면 되며, 교육장소는 농업기술센터 내 농촌생활문화 전수관에서 진행되고, 수강신청서 양식, 교육 일정 등 자세한 사항은 포천시농업기술센터 홈페이지 공지사항에서 확인하거나 자원가공팀으로 문의하면 안내받을 수 있다고 했다.
