[김일중 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 포천시농업기술센터는 2021년 찾아가는 학교 치유 텃밭 프로그램을 성황리에 마무리했다고 밝혔다. 

찾아가는 학교 치유 텃밭은 올해 가산 정교초, 이동 도평초, 관인 중리초 등 3개 학교가 선정돼 지난 9월부터 10월까지 각 학교당 8회 수업을 진행했다고 전했다.

찾아가는 학교 치유 텃밭은 경쟁, 다문화 갈등, 폭력 등에 노출될 수 있는 학생들에게 농업을 통해 몸과 마음을 치유할 수 있는 공간과 시간을 마련하는 프로그램으로, 주요 내용으로는 긍정 형용사를 활용한 이름표와 텃밭 팻말 만들기, 씨앗과 모종심기, 파마스마켓, 꽃바구니 만들기 등을 진행했으며, 관내 도시농업전문가를 초빙해 일자리 창출에도 기여했다고 했다.
