자금동 안내서의 1~4페이지는 주요시설 안내로 구성되어 있고, 시청 및 보건소, 자금동 관내에 있는 무인민원발급기, 경찰, 소방, 교육, 우편, 근로복지, 건강보험 등 생활에 꼭 필요한 기관의 정보를 담고 있으며, 건강과 여가생활을 위해 이용할 수 있는 관내 근린공원, 어린이 공원, 문화공원, 풋살장, 탁구장 등의 공원 및 체육시설은 물론 자금동 주민자치센터 수강 프로그램과 작은도서관 이용방법 등이 안내되어 있고, 병원과 경로당의 주소와 전화번호를 안내함으로써 인터넷 검색이 익숙하지 않은 어르신들의 편의 증진을 도모했다고 말했다.
