[안종욱 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 가평 음악역1939의 대표적인 공연 프로그램인 가평 Saturday 라이브 하반기 공연이 오는 8월 22일부터 재개된다고 밝혔다. 

하반기공연은 '8월 힙합 페스티벌'로 시작되며, 오는 27일 19시부터 음악역1939 야외 원형광장 특설무대에서 진행되고, 쇼미더머니 출신의 비오(BE’O), 수퍼비(SUPERBEE) 외에도 언에듀케이티드키드, BRIEL 등의 다양한 장르의 힙합 아티스트가 무대에 오를 예정이다.  

G-SL 공연 관계자는 “상반기 뮤직페스티벌의 성공을 통해 미흡했던 점은 보완하고 좋았던 점을 더 강화시켜 이전보다 더 좋은 야외공연이 될 수 있도록 노력하고 있으며, 아울러 스탠딩석 및 잔디마당 좌석배치 등으로 더 많은 관객들이 좋은 공연을 즐길 수 있도록 하겠다.”는 포부를 밝혔다.  

또한, 오는 9월 24일에는 발라드 페스티벌의 형태로 꾸며질 예정인데, ‘사랑인가봐’, ‘선물’ 등의 히트곡으로 인기몰이 중인 2인조 남성듀오 ‘멜로망스’와 보이스오브코리아 출신의 이예준 등이 출연을 기다리고 있다.    

G-SL 가평 뮤직페스티벌 야외공연뿐만 아니라 음악역1939에서 펼쳐지는 모든 공연은 무료로 진행되며 공연 관람과 관련한 소식은 카카오톡 음악역1939 채널에 친구로 등록하면 편리하게 개인톡으로 받아볼 수 있다.

한편, 지난 상반기 G-SL은 어린이 마술공연과 6월 10cm, 옥상달빛 등이 출연한 G-SL 가평 뮤직페스티벌 편 등을 통해 이미 두터운 관객층을 확보한 바 있다. 

이에 가평군은 대형 야외공연에 대한 뜨거운 반응을 반영하여 하반기에는 8월과 9월에 야외공연을 2회 배치하고 12월까지 실내공연을 격주 단위로 총 10회로 편성하여 진행할 예정이라고 밝혔다.
