[장선희 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 4월 1일 10시, 평창군은 ‘평창군 다함께돌봄센터 대화점’ 운영을 위해 강원도 사회서비스원과 함께 방과후 안전한 초등돌봄 및 아동복리 증진이라는 공동 업무를 효율적으로 수행하고 상호협력 관계를 공고히 하고자 업무협약을 체결하였다고 밝혔다.

이날 협약식에는 한왕기 평창군수와 원구현 강원도 사회서비스원 대표가 자리해 돌봄대상, 운영시간, 사업예산 등 다함께 돌봄센터 관리 및 운영전반에 관한 내용에 관하여 협약하였다고 헀다. 

다함께 돌봄센터는 지역 중심의 돌봄체계 구축 및 초등돌봄의 사각지대를 해소하기 위해 초등학교 정규교육 이외의 시간 동안 돌봄서비스를 제공하는 시설로서 돌봄이 필요한 만 6세~12세의 모든 아동이 언제어디서나 돌봄서비스를 받을 수 있도록 부모 부담을 경감하고자 마련되었다고 전했다.

김순란 가족복지과장은 “지속적인 다함께돌봄센터 확충을 통해 초등돌봄 사각지대를 단계적으로 해소하고, 안심하고 아이를 낳고 맡길 수 있는 평창군을 만들기 위해 초등돌봄인프라 지원을 아끼지 않겠다.”고 밝혔다.

원구현 강원도 사회서비스원 대표는 “다함께 돌봄센터는 이곳을 이용하는 아이들 몇 명만을 위한 공간이 아니라 지역사회 통합돌봄 모델을 만드는 거점으로 자리하도록 노력하겠다.”고 말했다.

평창군은 다함께돌봄센터 평창점의 관련 인력을 채용하고 이용아동을 모집하여 오는 5월 개소할 예정이며, 지난 2021년에 설치된 봉평점외 2022년 4월 개소 예정인 평창점과 추가로 진부면에 1개소를 신규로 추가 설치하여 2022년까지 4개소를 운영할 계획이라고 밝혔다.
