다만, 수급 이력이 없거나 지급 계좌 등이 변경된 경우 사전신청기간 지난 2월 9일~오는 3월 31일 내 아동 주민등록지 읍·면행정복지센터에서 신청하면 되고, 이와 함께 군에서는 올해부터 지난 2022년 1월 1일 이후 출생한 아동에게 만2세 미만까지(23개월) 영아수당 월 30만원을 지급하고, 2022년 출생아에게는 200만원을 일시금 바우처 형태로 지원한다고 했다. 

또한 기존에 지원하고 있는 강원도 육아기본수당(0세~만3세까지)을 올해부터 월 40만원에서 월 50만원으로 인상하여 지급하고, 정선군에서 실시하고 있는 출생아양육비는 기존대로 월 10만원을 지급한다고 전했다.
