[장선희 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 1월 6일, 평창군은 군청 대회의실에서 한왕기 평창군수 주재로 2022년도 군정업무계획 보고회를 개최했다고 밝혔다.

이번 보고회는 민선7기 4년차를 맞아 그동안의 군정성과를 점검하고 코로나19 위기극복과 새로운 혁신 전략 수립을 통해 '평화의 시작, 새로운 평창'의 군정 비전의 완성에 역점을 두고 진행되었고, 특히, 2022년은 민선7기 마지막 해로 매우 중요한 시점인 만큼 그동안 추진하여 온 군정 주요 사업들의 성과와 아쉬운 점을 되돌아보고 남은 기간 평창의 민선7기의 성공적인 마무리를 위한 각오와 마음가짐을 새롭게 다지는 자리가 되었다고 전했다.

이번 보고회는 2022년에 추진하게 될 459건의 부서별 주요사업에 대한 보고와 강평, 참석자간 토론 순으로 진행되었으며, 본예산 확정에 따른 신규사업과 계속사업 등에 대하여 집중점검하게 됐고, 또한, 2021년도 주요 업무성과에 대한 문제점과 개선방안을 도출하여 2022년도 업무추진 방향에 반영해 나간다는 방침이라고 했다.

김명기 기획실장은 “2021년은 코로나19로 인하여 군정업무추진에 많은 어려움이 있었다.”며, “2022년에는 민선7기 4년차를 맞아 성과를 극대화하고 코로나19로 위축된 경기와 주민 삶의 질 향상에 초점을 맞추는 군정을 펼치겠다.”고 밝혔다.
