[김준호 기자 = 태백시] 태백시(시장 이상호)는 지난 1일과 2일 양일간 직원들을 대상으로 ‘혁신 사업(특례) 발굴 해커톤’ 대회를 개최했다.

총 11개의 제시된 아이디어 중 사전 벤치마킹, 팀별 토론 등을 통해 8개 아이디어를 선정하고 1일 본 행사에서 박웅재 前 강원ICT융합사업협동조합 이사장 등 4명의 퍼실리테어터 컨설팅 과정을 통해 사업 아이디어를 구체화했다.

또한 2일 진행된 발표회는 참가자들의 아이디어 발표와 질의응답 후 심사위원 6명의 평가가 이루어졌으며, 심사결과 5개의 우수 아이디어가 수상의 영예를 안았다.

최우수상은 ▶‘백두대간 태백산권 국가숲길 정부인증을 통한 산악관광 Forestay통합 브랜딩 창출’를 발표한 우리조 팀이 ▶우수상은 ‘인구 절벽 해소를 위한 제안 모든 아이가 행복한 세상’ 주실거조 팀과 ‘육아행복도시 조성을 위한 태백시 육아종합지원센터 건립 추진’의 아빠맘마 팀이 각각 수상했다.

장려상은 ‘지역 전통주 개발을 통한 특화 브랜드 구축’을 발표한 술∼술∼ 팀과 ‘주거복지센터 설치’의 살고집주팀이 각각 수상했다. 

이번 해커톤 행사를 통해 발굴된 아이디어는 부서별 의견 검토, 협력전문기관 연구 등을 거쳐 2023년 신규 사업으로 반영될 예정이다.
