[장선희 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 양구군은 자유로운 분위기 속에서 참신하고 발전적인 아이디어를 발굴해 향후 군정의 정책 수립 및 각종 시책사업 발굴 등에 활용하기 위해 2022 ‘톡톡 아이디어 창고’를 운영한다고 밝혔다.

양구군 소속 전 직원을 대상으로 하는 ‘톡톡 아이디어 창고’는 분기별로, 그리고 필요할 경우 수시로 내부 전산망 게시판의 ‘톡톡 아이디어 창고방’을 활용해 게재하면 되고, 제시되는 분기별 군정 관련 주제에 대한 개인의 생각을 분기별로, 또는 본인의 자유로운 아이디어를 수시로 톡톡 아이디어 창고방에 게시하면 아이디어에 대해 점수를 부여하고 인센티브를 제공한다고 전했다.

양구군은 제안된 아이디어를 토대로 국고보조 사업과의 연관성을 발굴해 국비 확보를 추진할 방침이며, 또한 양구군은 오는 11일 DMZ경제순환센터와 군청 소회의실에서 7급 이하 주무관 30여 명이 참석하는 가운데 ‘군정 톡톡 시책 발굴 브레인스토밍’을 개최한다고 했다.
