[김준호 기자 = 삼척시] 삼척시는 노사민정 협력을 통한 분쟁 조정 역할과 함께 지역 상생 방안을 모색하고자 10월 24일 삼척 쏠비치 에메랄드홀에서 ‘삼척시노사민정협의회 본회의 및 사회적협약 공동선언대회’를 개최했다.

삼척시와 삼척시노사민정협의회(위원장 삼척시장)가 주최하는 이번 노사민정협의회 본회의에는 위원장인 박상수 삼척시장을 비롯해 관내 주요 근로자 및 경영자 대표, 시민대표 등 노사민정협의회 본위원 23명이 참석했다.

1부 본회의에서는 2022년 노사민정 활성화 사업 추진현황을 보고하고, 지역일자리 창출 및 인적자원 개발 등 경제 활력 제고를 위한 논의와 노사민정 협력 활성화 방안에 대하여 중점 토의하는 시간을 가졌다.

2부 공동선언대회에서는 ▶노사민정 협력체계 강화 ▶안전한 노동환경 조성 ▶안전·보건 관리체계 구축 등을 통해 지역산업의 위기 극복을 위한 ‘포스트 코로나 시대, 경제위기 극복과 중대재해 예방을 위한 노사민정 공동선언문’을 채택했다. 

삼척시 관계자는 “이번 삼척시노사민정협의회 및 노사민정 사회적협약 공동선언을 통해 노사민정 상호 간의 협력을 통한 경제활력 제고와 지역 상생 방안 활성화가 기대된다.”고 말했다.
