[남상훈 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 지난 11일 김명기 횡성군수는 군수 집무실에서 ‘2022년 책 읽는 가족’ 시상식을 개최했다고 밝혔다. 

이번 시상은 가족 독서 활성화 캠페인 사업으로 김 군수는 다대출 가족회원인 곽태환 가족(5명), 박찬호 가족(5명),  민복기 가족(4명)등 3가족에게 한국도서관협회와 횡성군수 공동명의의 인증서와 현판을 수여했다. 

이들 3가족은 지난 2021년 횡성군립도서관과 둔내태성도서관에서 연간 300여권에서 600여권 책을 읽으며 공공도서관을  활발히 이용해 선정의 영예를 안았다. 

김홍석 교육복지과장은 “매년 책 읽는 가족 시상을 통해 독서를 권장하고, 관내 도서관을 적극 활용하여 다양한 독서문화를 즐길 수 있는 독서 진흥 사업을 펼치겠다.”고 말했다.
