[김일웅 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 북부지방산림청은 “올해 8월 말까지 산림 내 불법행위에 대한 특별단속을 통해 총 147건을 적발해 49건을 형사 입건하고, 88건을 과태료 처분, 10건을 훈방 조치했다”라고 밝혔다.

북부지방산림청은 해마다 소속 6개 국유림관리소의 산림특별사법경찰과 산림보호지원단(산림보호 전담 인력) 등으로 단속반을 편성해 계절별로 특별단속기간을 정해 산림 내 불법행위를 집중적으로 단속하고 있다.

* 봄철: 4월 ∼ 5월 / 임산물(산나물) 불법 굴ㆍ채취, 산불방지 위반행위 등

* 여름철: 7월 ∼ 8월 / 무단 취사ㆍ쓰레기 투기, 테트ㆍ평상 등 시설물 불법 설치 등 

* 가을ㆍ겨울: 9월 ∼ 11월 / 잣, 버섯류, 겨우살이 등 임산물 불법 채취 행위 등
