[남상훈 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 오는 31일까지 한 달간 양구군은 읍면사무소를 통해 2022년도 임업·산림 공익직접지불금 등록 신청을 접수한다고 전했다.

신청대상은 임업직불제법에 해당하는 산지로서 지난 6월 30일까지 농어업경영체 육성 및 지원에 관한 법률에 따라 임야대상 농업경영정보를 등록 완료한 산지이며 임업직불금 신청은 임업 및 산촌 진흥 촉진에 관한 법률에 따른 임업인과 농어업경영체 육성 및 지원에 관한 법률에 따른 농업법인이 할 수 있다고 했다.

임업직불금은 임산물생산업 중 소규모 임가 직불금, 임산물생산업 중 면적직불금, 육림업직불금 등 3가지 유형으로 나뉘며, 각각의 종사요건과 자격요건을 모두 충족해야 하고 유형별 임업직불금 규모는 임산물생산업 중 소규모 임가 직불금의 경우 임가 당 120만 원이며, 임산물생산업 중 면적직불금과 육림업직불금은 임업인의 경우 30㏊, 농업법인은 50㏊를 지급 한도로 해서 8월 중 고시될 예정인 면적구간별 역진적 단가가 적용된다고 밝혔다.

박용근 생태산림과장은 “신청대상 산지가 2개소 이상일 경우에는 면적이 가장 넓은 산지가 소재한 읍면사무소에서 신청하면 된다.”며 “신청서를 작성할 때 폐경·휴경면적을 신청면적에 포함하지 않도록 주의해야 한다.”고 당부했다.
