[김현우 기자 = 가평] 가평군은 임업직불금 수령을 위해 의무적으로 이행하여야 하는 필수의무 교육 '2023년 임업·산림 공익기능 증진 교육'을 오는 11일부터 12일까지 실시한다고 밝혔다. 

이번 교육은 2022.9.30.까지 임업경영체를 등록한 임업인을 대상으로 임업ㆍ산림의 공익기능 등 공익직불 제도 전반에 대하여 임업진흥원이 제작한 강의 동영상을 시청하는 교육으로 임업직불금 지급 대상자가 해당 교육을 받지  않을 경우 임업직불금이 감액된다.

상기 교육은 온라인 교육이 원칙으로, 농업교육포털에 직접 접속하여 ‘23년 임업직불제 임업인 교육' 을 수강할 수 있으나 온라인 교육이 어려운 임업인(고령자 등)을 위 가평군청 제2청사 4층 통합회의실에서 11일부터 12일까지 2회에 걸쳐 오후 2시부터 오후 4시까지 2시간 동안 실시할 예정이며, 각 회차 별 교육내용은 동일하므로 해당 교육일자 중 선택하여 참석하면 된다.

가평군 산림과는 “본 교육은 직불금 수령을 위한 준수사항으로 임업직불금은 별도로 2023년 5월 19일까지 산지소재지 읍·면에 신청하여야 함을 알려드리오니 직불금 교육 참석에 참고하길  바란다”고 말했다.

한편, 산림청에서는 임업직불제 안내 전화를 운영하고 있으며, 이외에도 가평군청 산림과와 각 읍ㆍ면사무소, 가평군 산림조합으로 연락하면 임업직불금과 관련하여 상세한 안내와 자료를 받을 수 있다.
