[김현우 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 동해시는 2022년 6월 1일 기준 개별(공동)주택가격(안)에 대한 열람 및 의견제출 기간을 운영한다고 밝혔다.

이번 개별(공동)주택가격(안) 열람 및 의견 접수는 올해 1월 1일부터 5월 31일까지 토지 분할·합병 및 건축물의 신축·증축 등이 발생한 주거용 주택이 해당된다.

주택소유자 또는 그 밖의 이해관계인은 개별주택가격(안)에 대해 오는 8월 5일부터 24일까지, 공동주택가격(안)에 대해 오는 8월 9일부터 29일까지 열람 및 의견제출이 가능하다.

열람은 동해시청 세무과, 부동산 공시가격알리미서비스 등에서 가능하며, 의견제출은 동해시청 세무과에 비치돼 있는 의견제출서를 작성해 팩스 또는 우편으로 제출하거나 세무과 과표팀에 직접 방문해 접수하면 된다.

동해시는 의견이 제출된 주택에 대해 주택 산정가격의 적정 여부를 재조사하고, 한국부동산원의 검증을 거친 후 동해시부동산가격공시위원회의 심의를 거쳐 의견제출 신청인에게 처리결과를 통지할 방침이다. 

김형기 세무과장은 “이번 열람 및 의견제출 운영으로 시민의 알 권리는 물론 지방세 부과로 인한 민원을 사전에 예방함으로써 신뢰받는 세정을 구현하겠다”고 말했다.
