[김일중 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 30일부터 오는 10월 29일까지 포천시는 2021년 6월 1일 기준 개별(공동)주택가격 결정 가격 열람 및 이의신청 접수를 시행한다고 밝혔다.

대상은 지난 1월 1일부터 5월 31일까지 토지의 분할·합병 및 건물의 신·증축 등 사유가 발생한 단독주택과 공동주택이라고 했다.

개별주택가격 열람은 포천시청 세정과 재산세팀이나 각 읍·면·동 행정복지센터 민원실로 전화나 방문을 통해 할 수 있으며, 포천시 홈페이지 및 부동산공시가격 알리미를 통해서도 확인할 수 있다고 전했다.

주택가격에 이의가 있는 소유자와 이해관계인은 ‘개별(공동)주택가격 이의신청서’를 방문, 우편, 팩스 등을 통해 시청 세정과 또는 읍·면·동사무소에 제출하면 되고, 기타 자세한 사항은 포천시청 세정과 재산세팀으로 문의하면 된다고 했다.
