[김현우 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 오는 22일부터 4월 11일까지 양주시는 개별주택가격에 대한 열람·의견제출 기간을 운영한다고 밝혔다.

양주시는 2022년 1월 1일 기준으로 산정한 관내 단독주택, 다가구 등 개별주택 10,580호에 대해 지난 1월부터 이달 16일까지 가격산정과 한국부동산원 가격검증을 완료했다고 전했다.

가격열람은 10,580호 중 9,069호로 국토교통부 부동산공시가격알리미, 양주시 누리집, 한국부동산원 부동산정보 스마트폰 앱에서 할 수 있다고 했다.

주택가격에 대한 의견이 있는 주택소유자와 이해관계인은 열람 장소에 비치된 의견서를 기재해 양주시 세정과에 제출하면 되고, 또한 미공시 개별주택 1,511호에 대한 열람은 양주시청 세정과로 문의하면 확인 가능하며 의견제출도 할 수 있다고 했다.

양주시는 개별주택에 대한 의견접수 후 가격 재검증과 양주시부동산가격공시위원회 심의를 통해 오는 4월 29일에 최종 가격을 결정해 공시할 예정이며, 기타 자세한 사항은 양주시청 홈페이지를 참고하거나 세정과 재산세팀으로 문의하면 안내받을 수 있다고 전했다.

양주시 관계자는 “개별주택가격은 재산세 등 조세부과 기준으로 활용되는 만큼 기간 내 확인하고 필요시 의견제출에 적극 참여하길 바란다”고 말했다.
