[장선희 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 지난 4월 9일, 의정부시청소년재단, 청소년수련관에서 주관하는 제19회 의정부시 청소년 어울림마당 ‘행복누리축제’ 개막식이 블랜디드 형식으로 성황리에 개최되었다고 밝혔다.
