[김일중 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 지난 12월 4일 의정부시청소년재단 청소년수련관은 관내 청소년 20명을 대상으로 제4기 청소년 문화유산탐방 ‘우리는 청소년 독립운동 탐험대’ 프로그램을 진행했다고 밝혔다.

청소년 문화유산탐방은 청소년들이 문화유산을 직접 탐방하여 문화유산의 역사적 가치와 소중함을 깨닫고, 올바른 역사관과 문화적 소양을 키우며 성장할 수 있도록 지원하는 프로그램으로 한 해 동안 4회차에 걸쳐 안보문화유산, 조선의 궁, 남한산성 등 다양한 역사적 배경과 문화유산을 만나볼 수 있도록 운영됐다고 했다.

이번 제4기 문화유산탐방은 충청남도 천안시에 있는 독립기념관에서 전문해설, 4DX 독립영상, 미션활동 등을 통해 독립운동과 대한민국의 역사를 알아보며 순국선열에 대한 감사함을 알 수 있는 활동이 되었고, 아울러 모든 프로그램은 코로나19 방역수칙을 철저하게 준수하여 안전하게 진행했다고 전했다.

조경서 의정부시청소년수련관 관장은 “청소년들이 직접 문화유산을 탐방하고, 역사적 사실을 알아봄으로써 애국심과 올바른 역사관을 가진 인재로 성장할 수 있도록 지속적으로 프로그램을 운영하겠다”고 전했다.
