[김일중 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 지난 1월 22일 의정부시청소년재단 청소년수련관은 의정부시청소년수련관에서 제2기 의정부시청소년환경위원회 위촉식을 진행했다고 밝혔다.

이번 위촉식에는 조경서 수련관장 외 청소년수련관 관계자들을 비롯한 청소년환경위원회 위원으로 선발된 15명의 청소년이 참여했으며, 위촉장 수여와 수련관장과의 대화 등 2022 환경활동 및 의정부시 환경에 대해 의견을 나누는 시간을 가졌다고 했다.

앞으로 위원들은 1년간 지속가능발전이 가능한 지역사회를 만들기 위해 월별 정기회의, 환경캠페인, 환경축제 기획 및 부스운영, 환경개선안 발굴 등 다양한 활동을 진행하여 의정부시의 환경개선에 기여함은 물론 의정부시민과 청소년들의 올바른 환경의식 형성에도 앞장설 계획이라고 전했다.
