지난 16일 시작돼 오는 4월15일까지 한 달간 계속되는 규제 개선 아이디어 공모전은 기업의 경영활동 제약 해소, 주민의 일상불편 개선, 친환경·신산업 분야 규제 등에 대한 아이디어가 있는 양구군민이면 누구나 참여할 수 있다고 전했다.

이번 공모전을 통해 양구군은 '교통, 주택, 의료, 교육 등 생활 속 불편사항', '출산, 육아, 저소득층, 어르신 등 복지 분야', '소방 보건 환경 등 생활재해 관련 규제', '소기업, 소상공인, 전통시장, 창업 및 기업활동 애로사항', '청년, 취업 등 고용 관련 △첨단 의료, 바이오, 신기술, 신재생에너지 등 규제 애로' 등 다양한 분야에 대한 아이디어를 접수하며, 또한 위의 분야별 아이디어 말고도 개선이 필요한 행정규제에 대한 아이디어는 모두 응모할 수 있다고 했다.
