[장선희 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 횡성군이 군민 생활과 생업 현장에 불편을 주는 불합리한 규제를 군민이 찾아 개선하는 '2022 민생규제 혁신과제 공모'를 추진한다고 밝혔다.

공모과제는 '생활 부문(국민복지, 일상생활)', '경제 부문(취업·일자리, 소상공인·중소기업 지원, 신산업)' 등 군민 생활과 밀접한 분야이며, 접수된 제안은 ‘횡성군 규제개혁위원회’의 심사를 거쳐 우수안건을 선정하고 오는 5월 중 시상(상장·부상)할 예정이라고 전했다. 

또한 공모전에서 발굴된 제안들은 자체 해결이 가능한 경우 횡성군 자치법규 개정 등을 통해 즉시 해결하며, 법률이나 제도 개선이 필요한 경우 중앙부처에 정식 안건으로 건의할 계획이라고 했다.

공모 기간은 1월 25일부터 오는 2월 28일까지이며 횡성군민이면 누구나 참여 가능하고, 응모 방법은 횡성군청 홈페이지를 참고하여 우편 또는 메일로 접수하면 된다고 전했다.

이달환 기획감사실장은 “이번 공모를 통해 군민이 직접 찾아낸 불합리한 규제를 적극 개선해 군민이 체감할 수 있는 소통중심의 참여형 규제혁신이 되도록 최선을 다하겠다.”고 말했다.

한편 군은 온라인 규제신고센터 내 지역 규제 관련 정보제공, 찾아가는 규제신고센터 운영 등 다양한 창구를 통해 군민들의 규제혁신 공감대를 형성하고 체감도를 높이는데 노력하고 있다고 했다.
