성실납세자는 선정일 현재 체납액이 없고, 최근 3년간 계속하여 연간 3건 이상의 정기분 지방세(자동차세 연납분 포함)를 납부기한 내에 납부한 자이며, 올해는 성실납세자 6,077명 중 표준지방세정보시스템을 통한 무작위 전산 추첨 방식을 통해 50인을 선정할 계획이고, 추첨일은 오는 2월 21일 홍천군청 재무과에서 진행하며, 추첨으로 선정된 성실납세자에게는 성실납세자 인증서와 함께 홍천사랑상품권 5만원을 다음달 오는 3월에 지원할 계획이라고 전했다.
