민락공인중개사회는 평소 지역사회의 주거복지 증진을 위해 노력해왔으며, 연말연시마다 적극적인 후원활동으로 건전한 나눔문화 조성에 앞장서왔다고 했다.

장홍진 민락공인중개사회 대표는 “우리 주변의 어려운 이웃들이 따뜻하고 안전한 겨울을 보내길 바라는 마음으로 회원들과 뜻을 모았다. 앞으로도 지역복지 증진을 위해 힘을 보태고 싶다”고 말했다.
