[김일중 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 지난 11월 17일 동두천시 학교밖청소년지원센터는 (사)경기도여성단체협의회 동두천시지회와 업무협약을 체결하고 30만원상당의 후원물품을 전달 받았다고 밝혔다. 

이번 협약으로 양 단체는 인적 자원의 상호 교류, 동두천시 학교 밖 청소년 대상 사업 추진, 자원봉사 활성화 및 프로그램 개발 등에 대해 상호 협력하기로 하였고, 또한 단체의 역량과 자원을 최대한 활용하여 동두천시 청소년들이 건강하게 성장하여 지역사회를 이끌어 갈 주역이 되도록 힘이 되어주자는데 합의했다고 전했다.

(사)경기도여성단체협의회 동두천시지회 회장은 “2022학년도 대학수학능력시험에 응시하는 수험생들을 위한 후원물품 제공을 시작으로, 추후 학교 밖 청소년을 위한 장학사업 지원 및 다양한 서비스를 적극적으로 지원 하겠다”라고 말했다. 

이에 동두천시 학교밖청소년지원센터 센터장은 “관내 청소년들을 위해 아낌없이 지원해주는 여성단체 회장님과 회원 분들께 감사하며 청소년의 건강한 성장을 위해 센터도 더욱 노력하겠다”라고 감사의 뜻을 전했다.
